About this full-day private tour of Stockholm

A full day gives us room to go further and slower. We can combine two of my existing tours into one day — Old Town in the morning and the archipelago in the afternoon, for example — or build a completely personal route around what you want to see.

You choose how we move: on foot and public transport, in my car for smaller groups, or in a rented minivan for a larger group. Whatever we pick, the day is built entirely around your interests, not a fixed script.

Full-day pricing starts from €450 for a small group on foot and public transport. Rates of €550–€700+ apply when the group is larger, when private transport is included, when the day is built around a specific interest, or during peak summer months. A full day with me driving, guiding, and providing the vehicle runs €800–€1,200+, covering fuel, parking, and my time behind the wheel as well as guiding. A confirmed price is always given in writing once I know your dates and plans.

What’s included

  • A full day of private guiding, tailored entirely to you
  • A route combining two tours, or a fully custom itinerary
  • All planning, logistics, and local recommendations handled for you

Adapt this tour

Tell me what you want out of the day before we start — history, nature, food, or all of it. I build the route and pace around that, and around how many of you are joining. See all private tours in Stockholm.

How we plan the day

Tell me what interests you and how many of you are joining. Within 24 hours, I reply with a route, the length of the day and a price quote. We meet at your hotel, or I pick you up if the day includes driving.

Pace

I have twenty years of work in UX strategy behind me. I use it to pace the day, so you finish curious, not tired out.

Group size

On foot, I take 1 to 8 guests. By car, up to 3 guests. For 4 to 9 guests, I arrange a rented minivan at extra cost.

Children and access needs

Children are welcome. Tell me about mobility, sensory or other access needs before you book. A private car often makes a full day easier.

When to go

The full day works all year. Winter Stockholm is quieter, darker and more intimate. I also tell you honestly when a plan is not worth it, for example the archipelago in February.

Payment and cancellation

You pay by bank transfer, in cash, or online by Stripe, PayPal or credit card. Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour for a full refund of any online payment.

What a guest said

“We booked a full-day private tour with Zayera and saw almost everything on our wish list on the first day. A lot of information and a program that was well adapted to us. I can only recommend a private tour with her. Would book it again.”
