Let’s Talk
Are you planning a visit to Stockholm and want a guide who shows you more than the postcard version? I’d like to hear from you.
Book a Tour
I lead private tours through Stockholm’s history, architecture, and everyday life — in English, Swedish, or German. Tell me your group size, your interests, and your dates, and I’ll help you plan something that fits.
For a quicker response, send me a message on WhatsApp. Tell me what you are looking for and which dates.
How to book a private tour in Stockholm
- Send your plan. Tell me your dates, the number of guests, your language and what interests you.
- Get a quote. I reply within 24 hours with a route, the length of the tour and a price quote.
- Agree and pay. You pay by bank transfer, in cash, or online by Stripe, PayPal or credit card.
- Meet. We meet at your hotel, or at a pickup we agree on.
Good to know before you book
All my tours are private: just you and your group. Walking tours are for 1–8 guests. By car I take up to 3 guests, and by minivan up to 9. For coach groups of up to 50, I work as tour leader. I guide all year, in English, German and Swedish.
I do not have a fixed price list. The price depends on the number of guests, the number of hours and add-ons such as a car, ferry tickets, museum tickets or food. You get a clear price quote before you book.
Questions before you book
How much notice do you need?
One week’s notice is best. Last-minute requests are possible, but not guaranteed. If your date is close, send me a message on WhatsApp. It is faster.
Where do we meet?
For most tours, I meet you at your hotel. The archipelago tour starts at Strandvägen, where the ferries leave from. For tours by car, I pick you up.
Can you adapt a tour to mobility needs?
Often, yes. Tell me what you need, and I adapt the route to avoid stairs, cobblestones or long walks. For guests with significant mobility needs, a private car or a minivan is often the best choice.
Can I bring children?
Yes. I adapt the route, the pace and the stories to keep children interested.
Do you guide in winter?
Yes, all year. Winter Stockholm is quieter, darker and more intimate, and I shape the tour to match.
Are your tours LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes. I am a former Stockholm Pride board member. You can book Stockholm’s LGBTQ+ history walking tour, or any other tour with me.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour for a full refund of any online payment. Within 48 hours, the payment covers the time held. Stockholm weather is rarely a reason to cancel. Umbrellas exist, and we find indoor moments.
Do you guide large groups?
Yes. For coach groups of up to 50 guests, I work as tour leader. I have guided coach tours in Vestland, Norway. Tour operators can read about guiding for tour operators and DMCs.
