Please read this first: guided tours booked for a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right under EU and Swedish law. Instead, our cancellation terms apply — full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your tour; within 48 hours, the payment covers the time held. This form is only for the rare case where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to something you’ve purchased that is not a date-specific tour.
